DALLAS – New York investor Clarion Partners has purchased the 17-story One Victory Park high-rise at Lamar St. and Victory Ave.
The 436,253-sf high-rise was built in 2008 and is the biggest office building in Victory Park.
One Victory Park was sold by a real estate partnership headed by Houston-based developer Hines.
HFF marketed the tower.
Major tenants in the 95 percent-leased building include Ernst & Young, Haynes and Boone, PlainsCapital Bank, and HFF.
