DeSOTO – NFI Industries has rented more than 1.1 million sf of warehouse and distribution space at 501 W. Danieldale Rd.
"They will create 250 new jobs and invest an additional $6 million in tenant finish out," said Jeremiah Quarles, chief executive officer of the DeSoto Economic Development Corp. "In total, this is a $53 million project."
The warehouse project was finished last year by Seefried Properties, who teamed up with investor USAA Real Estate Co. The property is in Southfield Park, a 157-acre business park south of I-20 on Old Hickory Trail.
JLL marketed the building for the developers.
