​​​​RICHMOND – KB Home has added another neighborhood to the Houston market. 

The Los Angeles-based builder has opened Williams Ranch Preserve in Richmond, where it will sell homes starting at $225,000.
The one- and two-story homes feature brick and stone designs, and range in size from 1,836- to 3,028 sf. 
The community is two miles west of the Grand Parkway at US 59 and Williams Way Blvd. within the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. 
Planned amenities include a park, playground, and swimming pool.​
