LUBBOCK – By the end of 2016, Lubbockites will be able to purchase Infiniti vehicles from a new dealership in the Hub City. 
McGavock Auto Group held a groundbreaking ceremony July 14 for its new Infiniti dealership.
McGavock’s Infiniti of Lubbock is being built at 6325 Spur 327, in front of the Arbor Hotel and Convention Center.
The new 26,000-sf Infiniti dealership is planned to open in mid- to late-December 2016.
The dealership will create 40 to 50 jobs. It will be the company’s first West Texas dealership.
