SAN ANGELO - Angelo State University will begin two large construction projects this fall with a combined cost of about $30.5 million.
In August, construction of the Hunter Strain Engineering Laboratories—about 9,000 sf—will begin on the east side of the Vincent Nursing-Physical Science Building on Vanderventer Ave.
The $4.5 million project is expected to be complete in May 2017.
Construction of the Archer College of Health and Human Services building, on the west side of the Vincent building, will begin in October with an expected completion date in spring 2018.
The $26 million project includes 52,000 sf of teaching laboratories, classrooms and other amenities.
