The Plaza at Solana sold in Westlake

​​WESTLAKE – Two of the original buildings in the 30-year-old Solana business park in Westlake have been purchased.

They were purchased by Harbert Management of Birmingham, which has done multiple office deals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.​

The Plaza at Solana office buildings on SH 114 and Solana Blvd. contain more than 300,000 sf.

The two office buildings are more than 90 percent leased.​

Last year, significant upgrades were made to the campus 233-acre Solana project.
