FORT WORTH – A California investor has snapped up a North Fort Worth industrial complex that’s full of millions of Lego toys.

Transpacific Development Co. bought the 1.44 million-sf distribution project from developer and logistics firm DHL Supply Chain.
The huge warehouse cost more than $50 million and was built to consolidate distribution operations for toy manufacturer Lego.
Located at 5600 Mark IV Pkwy. near I-35W and Loop 820, it’s one of the largest warehouse properties in that area.
The building was just completed and Lego will continue to occupy the property on a long-term lease.
