Bell Partners acquires 357-unit apartment property

​​AUSTI​N – ​​​Bell Partners Inc. has acquired Cielo South Lamar, a 357-unit multifamily community on South Lamar Blvd.

Built in 2015, the property will be renamed Bell South Lamar. The 91 percent-occupied community has studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes across seven buildings.

The buyer will manage the community.
