New community blooming in Magnolia

​​​MAGNOLIA – A new subdivision called Magnolia Reserve is in the works.

Magnolia Reserve LLC President Chris Wren said it will have 216 half-acre lots, family-oriented amenities, and full utilities without any MUD taxes.

The first section is almost complete,​ and the first builder, Terrata Homes, has closed lots and started construction on a model home and five spec homes.

It’s located off FM 149, two miles north of FM 1488 and Magnolia High School.
