DALLAS – A Boston-based advisory firm has purchased the Niagara Bottling distribution center from a private fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital.
The 620,000-sf property called Mountain Creek Distribution Center I is at 7343 Grady Niblo Rd. within the Mountain Creek Business Park. It was completed earlier this year and is fully leased to Niagara Bottling.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
