PLANO – Locally based restaurant chain Pizza Hut is adding to its corporate headquarters.
Sitting on 21 acres, the 180,000-sf campus will grow to 300,000 sf with the addition of two new three-story wings.
The expansion includes a 450-person meeting hall, a larger daycare with outdoor playground, and a restaurant concept store for research and development.
Dallas-based GFF is the project architect, and Rogers-O'Brien Construction is the general contractor. Both companies worked on Pizza Hut's original campus when it was built in 2011.
