SOUTHLAKE – Work starts July 18 on The Offices at Kimball Park. The developer is locally based Medici Development Partners.
The four-story, 115,500-sf office building, designed by BOKA Powell, will be finished by next year. Keller Williams has preleased about 35,000 sf.
It’s next to the upcoming Cambria Hotel and Conference Center.
Links Construction is the general contractor. KW Commercial is handling leasing.
