AUSTIN - CIM Group has bolstered its Austin holdings with the company's purchase of the 94,500-sf, four-story office building at 1645 E. 6th St. in Eastside Village.
The Los Angeles-based investment firm purchased the recently completed office building—which delivered last year as part of the three-building Eastside Village development in East Austin.
Included in the mixed-use campus is an eight-story, 700-space parking garage, with 368 spots reserved for tenants in the office building.
As well as the adjacent 346-unit, four-story The Arnold apartment complex owned by Jaylee Ltd. and slated to deliver next month.
The transit-oriented Eastside Village complex is located near the Plaza Saltillo MetroRail station and nine blocks east of I-35.
