GRAND PRAIRIE – Ulta’s new massive North Texas distribution center has been completed, making way for operations to get started at the facility.
The latest addition to Mountain Creek Business Park is Ulta’s 760,000-sf build-to-suit hub which sits on 94 acres within the business park.
Mountain Creek Business Park has more than 6 million sf of industrial space in the 700-acre business park.
The new Ulta distribution center includes about 29,220 sf of office space, a number of employee break rooms, training rooms, and an outdoor seating area for employees.
