SAN ANTONIO – CPS Energy will move its headquarters to the former AT&T buildings in downtown by the end of 2019.
The vacant 5.3-acre property on McCullough and Ave. B consists of three buildings—two towers and a connector building—that add up to around 430,000 sf. Owned by McCullough Avenue Associates LP, the facility has been the headquarters of Valero Energy Corp. and offices for AT&T.
It will provide a substantial increase from the less than 300,000 sf CPS currently has at 145 Navarro St.
