FORT WORTH – The Historic Electric Building Apartments, a multifamily and retail asset on 410 W. 7th St., has been sold.
Built in 1928 and converted to apartments and retail in 1994, the property has 109,956 sf of rentable space, including 106 lofts and 10,000 sf of retail space.
The 18-story Historic Electric Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer.
