AUSTIN - Dell Medical School has sprouted from a vacant swath of parking lot near downtown Austin into what backers hope will transform the way health care is taught and administered in America.
Now the clock is ticking down to when classes begin on July 5.
Students and officials toured the 85,000-sf Health Learning Building at 15th St. and Red River.

The school campus, which will cost more than $350 million to build, is positioning itself as a health care disruptor that will offer a blend of hands-on learning and traditional classroom education.
