Full to the brim: Austin Arboretum maintains 100 percent occupancy

​AUSTIN – A former sub lessee at 9500 Arboretum has become a permanent tenant, allowing the building to maintain a 100 percent occupancy rate. 

Cognitive Scale has signed a lease for 35,751 sf at 9500 Arboretum.

The building is located in the heart of the Arboretum with a prestigious array of shopping, restaurants and hotels within walking distance.

Restaurants include Eddie V’s, Z Tejas, Zoe’s Kitchen, Estancia and Blue Baker.

The location also provides access to all of Austin via the Mopac Expy., Capital of Texas Hwy. and US Hwy. 183.​
