LITTLE ELM – Flix Brewhouse has agreed to open a 35,000-sf dine-in movie theater within Main Marketplace.

Flix Brewhouse will anchor Phase I, while Phase II will offer an additional 50,000 sf.

The multi-phase retail project is poised to begin construction in third quarter 2016 with several leases already in-place.
Located on 18 acres at the northwest corner of FM 423 and King Rd., Main Marketplace has more than 60,000 sf in the pipeline for Phase I.
The project is already over 70 percent pre-leased.
Flix Brewhouse is a Round Rock-based theater hybrid that combines big-screen entertainment with a premium food experience, and on-site craft brewery.
The Little Elm location has a target opening of May 2017.
