European IT company leases Irving space

​​​​IRVING – Atos SE, a European​ IT services company, has leased 100,520 sf in the recently completed Connection Park I building.

The 141,219-sf, four-story office building at 4851 Regent Blvd. delivered in January. It sits within Connection Park, a 280,000-sf, two-building mid-rise office campus located on 18.3 acres along I-635.

Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. ​
