GRAND PRAIRIE – Fresh Express has purchased a 113,000-sf temperature-controlled warehouse at 2370 W. Warrior Trail.
The subsidiary of Chiquita Brands International purchased the asset for $19.5 million, or approximately $173/sf.
Built in 2000, the refrigerated process/storage facility site is on 29 acres adjacent to a 20-acre parcel already owned by Fresh Express.
Colliers International served as dual agent in the transaction.
