SPRING – Regency Centers Corporation is developing The Market at Springwoods Village, a 170,000-sf retail project at the intersection of Holzwarth Rd. and Grand Pkwy.
Anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, the center is already more than 80 percent leased and committed. It sits within a 1,800-acre, mixed-use community.
The project will apply for LEED Silver certification. It is expected to deliver in the first half of 2017.
