DALLAS – A North Dallas high-rise apartment complex has been sold for the first time in almost 40 years.

The 202-unit Midpark Towers, located just west of North Central Expy. on Midpark Rd., has been purchased by a local family foundation.
The 11-story apartment complex was constructed in 1978 and has been owned by a Kansas investor since it was built.
Boyan Radic, senior director of commercial property firm Greysteel, which arranged the sale, said, “The new owner plans to improve operations by renovating unit interiors, common areas, and through a more hands-on and localized management approach.”
Midpark Towers is near Texas Instruments’ North Central Expy. facilities and is just north of LBJ Fwy.
