FORT WORTH – TCRG Properties LLC has purchased 11.8 acres at 7100 Oakmont Blvd. with plans to redevelop and lease it out.
The site includes a 113,000-sf former hospital building and a 12,000-sf former power plant.
CBRE represented the seller, Rainier Realty Investments.
