The 279,114-sf apartment complex is to be built on two separate city blocks, West Rosedale and Oleander St., and connected by a bridge over Seventh Ave.
Rent will range from $1,100 to $2,800 a month.
KWA will lead the construction that will connect two five-story wood frame buildings via a sky-bridge, with both wrapped around a six-level concrete parking garage.
Plans call for a walkway connection on the third and fourth floor levels as the bridge will provide a crossover to the apartments’ garage, clubhouse, pool and other shared amenity areas.
The neighborhood provides a vast amount of high-income employment, and offers many walkable dining and entertainment options.
Oleander Apartments is expected to complete construction in summer 2017. | GlobeSt.com
