​​​NORTH RICHLAND HILLS – An 188,000-sf shopping center at the northwest corner of Grapevine Hwy. and Precinct Line in North Richland Hills, called The Crossing has been acquired.​

The Crossing in North Richland Hills is anchored by Kohl’s and was about 50 percent occupied at the time of the deal closing.
The Henry S. Miller Cos. has teamed up with an international investor in acquiring a Dallas-Fort Worth shopping center.​
