LA PORTE – Carson Cos. is pushing forward with a third phase of its Bayport Industrial Park, adding four buildings totaling 397,775 sf.
The project, consisting of two single-tenant and two multitenant buildings, is designed to accommodate a variety of distribution and manufacturing businesses.
The buildings, which will range from 24,250 to 231,983 sf, are planned for completion in January 2017.
The project, which is close to the Bayport and Barbour’s Cut container terminals at the Port of Houston, has outside storage and trailer parking and 20-ton crane capacity.
The industrial park is at 4111 Malone in La Porte.
