CORINTH – Texas Health Resources is buying a 62,500-sf hospital in Corinth with plans to spend more than $13 million to convert it to a behavioral health care facility.

Arlington-based Texas Health Resources purchased the 60-bed Atrium Medical Center facility at 3305 Corinth Pkwy. in Denton County. 
Texas Health Behavioral Health Hospital Corinth will treat adolescent, child, adult and geriatric patients who need behavioral health care as well as drug and alcohol addictions. 
Construction on the Corinth hospital is expected to take about a year, with an opening date set for June 2017. ​
