Dow leases 75 percent of new Deer Park office building

Clay Development & Construction landed the Fortune 500 company as the first tenant in its 98,230-sf building at 4460 Texas 225 two months before the building is finished. 

Dow is taking 75,920 sf in the two-story building, which is now 77 percent leased. 

"Situated in Houston’s petrochemical corridor, Deerwood Office III is a full-service office location for companies serving industrial operations near the Ship Channel," Robert Clay, president of Houston-based Clay Development, said.
