EL PASO – One Liberty Properties has acquired a distribution center, 1440 Don Haskins, for $23.7 million.
Built on 24 acres, the 419,821-sf facility is currently leased by Toro, a Fortune 1000 company through 2022.
Starting in July 1, One Liberty expects the property to generate $454,000 of rental income per quarter.
