​​RICHMOND – Wheless-DeSpain Interests secured joint venture equity for the development of Mason Road Self-Storage, an 818-unit self-storage facility to be constructed in the Houston suburb of Richmond

​The 81,875-sf self-storage facility will consist of one two-story building and two single-story buildings on 3.75 acres located that the intersection of Westpark Tollway/FM 1093 and Mason Rd. and adjacent to the 8,100-acre Cinco Ranch.
In addition to the 818 units, the facility, which is located adjacent to Cinco Ranch, will offer ten parking spaces and 11 boat/RV spaces for rent. The facility is scheduled to deliver in 2017.
