​PASADENA – ​​Carson Companies broke ground on four buildings in Bayport Industrial Park.

Totaling 397,775 sf, the buildings range from 24,250 to 231,983 sf. Two are single tenant, and two are multitenant. Amenities include ESFR sprinklers, outside storage and trailer parking, 20-ton crane capacity, and tilt-wall design. 

This is the third phase of Carson's Bayport development program. Delivery is scheduled for January. The next phase will include a 275,00-sf cross-dock facility.

Carson owns an additional 22 acres in the park, which it​ will ultimately develop on a build-to-suit or spec basis and hold long-term. 

Project architects are Seeberger Architecture and Tomorrow Planning. E.E. Reed is the general contractor.
