HOUSTON – Global Fund Investments has sold the Mission Bend Shopping Center to Hartman Management LP for $15 million or around $107 per sf.
The 140,576-sf shopping center at 6862 South SH 6 was 98 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants that include Melrose Family Fashions, Dollar General, Harbor Freight, and Fresenius Medical Care.
JLL represented the seller.
