5050 Quorum to be renovated and combined

​​DALLAS – ​DRA Advisors LLC has purchased the 5050 Quorum Dr. office building with plans to renovate it and combine it with the adjacent 5000 Quorum.

5050 Quorum is a seven-story building totaling 133,799​​ sf. The neighboring 5000 Quorum is a seven-story,​ 165,434-sf building that was acquired by DRA in November 2014.

The two buildings were originally constructed together and will now be reunited to create a campus-style environment.

Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the management, leasing, and construction management of the asset.​
