ROUND ROCK – The city is selling the former Builders Gypsum Supply property downtown to Urban Intownhomes for $425,000 for a townhome development.
Urban Intownhomes will invest at least $18 million and will build 82 units over the next six years.
The city will waive development fees and expedite the permitting process for the company.
