​​​ROUND ROCK –​​ The city is selling the former Builders Gypsum Supply property downt​own to Urban Intownhomes for $425,000 for a townhome development.

Urban Intownhomes will invest at least $18 million and will build 82 units over ​the next six years. 

The city will waive development fees and ​expedite the permitting process for the company.
