Luxury condos coming to Lake Grapevine

FLOWER MOUND – The long-awaited luxury condo tower on Lake Grapevine within the $1 billion Lakeside DFW mixed-use development is slated to begin construction next week.

The 15-story tower, called the Lakeside Tower and Bungalows, will be located at Lakeside Pkwy. and Edgemere Rd. It will have 48 condos. There will also be a 4,700-sf spa within the tower.

Dallas-based Realty Capital Management is the developer. Humphreys & Partners, also of Dallas, is the project architect.

The Lakeside Tower and Bungalows is slated for completion by fall 2017.
