SABOR: San Antonio, Cibolo, New Braunfels home sales May 2016

​​​​​​​​SAN ANTONIO - ​San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) reports median single-family home price up 6.3 percent in May 2016 over April 2016, sales climb to 2,225.

Quick facts include:

• The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $196,650 up 6.3 percent versus April 2016.
• Existing single-family home sales increased 8.3 percent from April 2016 for a May 2016 total of 2,225 sold units.
• Condos decreased in price to $110,000 down 13.4 percent versus April 2016.
• Existing condo sales decreased 11.9 percent in May 2016 over April 2016 for a total of 59 sold units.​ ​​
