The complex will be located near the intersection of I-20 and Hwy. 360 at Outlet Parkway & Hwy. 360. Cost of construction is estimated at $24 million, according to TDLR.
The complex will be a mixture of mostly one- and two-bedroom units with a few three-bedroom units, said Rob McConnell, one of the firm’s principals. Apartments will range in size from 650 sf to 1,400 sf.
One-bedroom apartments will start at $995 a month, excluding utilities, McConnell said.
Leasing is expected to begin in spring 2017, and the property is slated to be complete by fall 2017.
Each unit will have a custom kitchen with granite counters and in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment complex will have a fitness center, a lounge, a swimming pool, a parking garage and outdoor space for congregation.
This will be Ventures Development Group’s fifth apartment complex in Texas and fourth property in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. | Dallas Morning News
