HOUSTON – Edge Development Partners is developing International Tech Park Houston on 72 acres on the city's northeast side, just south of Humble.

When completed, the Class A park will have 750,000 sf of industrial space. First up is a 33,000-sf spec building that should break ground soon, said Edge cofounder Christopher Gongolas. Edge is serving as its own general contractor.

The park will have concrete tilt-wall manufacturing showroom space and distribution space.

The property is on the west side of I-59. The Harris County Appraisal District recently valued the land at $7.8 million, said Gongolas, who has owned the land since 1998.
