Bascom acquires 300-unit Melograno at Teravista Apts.

ROUND ROCK – California-based Bascom Group has purchased the 300-unit Melograno at Teravista apartment complex at 401 Teravista Pkwy.

Fifty-one percent of the units have one bedroom, 40 percent have two, and 9 percent have three.

The 19-building community is nearly fully leased.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, picnic areas, and pet park.

HFF represented the seller in negotiations and also arranged debt financing on behalf of the borrower.
