Avera developing 738,610 sf in Bayport North Industrial Park

​PASADENA – Avera Cos. has purchased 41.5 acres to develop Bayport Industrial Park near the Port of Houston.

The development will be composed of three buildings totaling 738,610 sf within the Bayport North Industrial Park on the east side of​​ Underwood Rd., just south of Fairmont Pkwy.

Building 1 will be 176,655 sf. Building 2 will contain 369,755 sf and will be rail-served. Building 3 will have 192,200 sf.

All buildings will have a 32-feet clear height and a 130-foot truck court.
