PASADENA – Houston-based Avera Cos. bought 41.5 acres to develop a three-building industrial project within Bayport North Industrial Park.
Avera’s project, dubbed Bayport Industrial Park, will be 738,610 sf in total.
Building one is 176,655 sf, building two is 369,755 sf, and building three is 192,200 sf.
Building two is rail-served, and all buildings feature a 32-foot clear height and a 130-foot truck court. They are all fully fenced with off-site regional detention.
Avera plans to break ground on buildings two and three in third quarter 2016.
