​​​​AUSTIN – W2 Real Estate Partners and Bridgewood Property Company will build a 206-unit, resort-style, senior-living project called The Village at the Triangle on the final site within the Triangle mixed-use development.

The Village at the​ Triangle will be on 1.45 acres in the center of the 30-acre Triangle project, which sits where Guadalupe St., N. Lamar Blvd., and 45th St. intersect to form a triangle.

The community will have seven floors of apartments built above two levels of parking. Independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care service options will be offered. Units will average 882 sf. It will employ more than 80 full- and part-time workers.

Harvey Cleary Builders has been selected as the general contractor. Stantec is the civil engineer.

Construction begins this August with completion set for early 2018.
