TYLER – Abby Development will build The Abby at Tyler, a luxury 234-unit multifamily community near the intersection of Grande Blvd. and Old Jacksonville Hwy.
The Abby will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. It will have a stocked fishing lake, resort-style pool with cabana area, dog park, outdoor grilling area, landscaped courtyards, and direct-access garages.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for second quarter 2017 with delivery slated for third quarter 2018.
