SOUTHLAKE - Two properties in Southlake and McKinney have sold to an Ohio-based company that buys and operates shopping centers with large grocery stores.

Both Suntree Square and McKinney Market Street have Texas-based grocery stores. 

Suntree Square has Tom Thumb as its supermarket and contains more than 99,000 sf with businesses such as Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Brain Balance and Earthwise Pet Supply. 

McKinney Market Street hosts Market Street as the center’s grocer and features more than 88,000 sf. 

Besides the grocery store, the center has State Farm Insurance and Massage Heights as tenants.
