Construction starting in Elyson master-planned community

​​​HOUSTON – Homebuilders will begin construction this month on ten model homes for the first phase of Elyson, a 3,642-acre community at Grand Pkwy. and FM 529.

Chesmar Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Pulte, Trendmaker Homes, and Westin Homes will build in the first phase, which will have 337 homes.

Prices​ will range from the high $200,000s to the $600,000s. The first phase will have five neighborhoods in different price ranges, with ​sites offered in 50-, 55-, 60-, 65-, and 70-foot widths.

When finished, Elyson will have more than 6,000 single-family homes and more than 750 acres of parks, trails, recreation centers, waterways, and green space. The community’s grand opening is this fall.
