HOUSTON – Elandis has purchased 1,000 units in four separate multifamily communities for an estimated $50 million.
Each complex consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. They are Kirkwood Landing on S. Kirkwood Rd., The Forest on Imperial Valley Dr., Valencia at Spring Branch on Long Point Rd., and Pine Creek on Maxey Rd.
The properties will be managed by Elandis’ wholly owned subsidiary, Elandis Property Management. The company intends to upgrade the properties.
