750 self-storage units coming to Pearland

​​PEARLAND – The city has given SurePoint Self Storage approval​ to develop a 750-unit, cli​​mate-controlled self-storage facility just south of the intersection of Broadway and Kirby.

The three-story, Class A facility will have around 90,000 rentable sf. 

Construction is expected to kick off ​Sept. 1. Completion is slated for Aug. 1, 2017.
