H-E-B ranks high on national list of best shopping experience
SAN ANTONIO – Customers’ love for H-E-B earned the San Antonio retailer a top spot on Temkin’s national customer experience list.
H-E-B has landed second on a national list of best shopping experiences, proving its reach extends far beyond the Alamo City.
The San Antonio-based grocer was given a rating of 79 out of 100 on the Temkin Group’s 2016 Experience Ratings list, for which the research firm studied nearly 300 retailers.
The high rating earned H-E-B second place on the list.
So how did Temkin measure customers’ love for H-E-B?
The firm started by gathering customer feedback from recent shopping experiences. From there, Temkin looked at how those shoppers scored their effort, success, experience and emotions.
