​​HOUSTON - Elandis, an arm of the Libra Group, has acquired approximately 1,000 units in four separate multifamily communities.

The combined purchases are valued at $50 million and expand the company’s portfolio of owned and managed residential units to 2,500.

The four multifamily rental communities, each consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The portfolio consists of

the 300-unit Pine Creek community at 470 Maxey Rd.; 

the 264-unit Kirkwood Landing community at 9850 S. Kirkwood Rd.; 

the 228-unit Valencia Spring Branch community at 9550 Long Point Rd.; and 

the 192-unit The Forest community at 22820 Imperial Valley Dr.
